These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Can Xera website and services. By accessing our website or submitting a booking enquiry, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking & Availability
All bookings and enquiries are subject to availability. Rates may vary depending on the season, requested dates, length of stay and specific requirements.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation. A booking is only confirmed once availability has been confirmed by Can Xera and any required payment has been received. Can Xera reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion.
2. Property Use
Guests are expected to respect the property, its facilities and the surrounding natural environment. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings or equipment during their stay.
3. Retreats, Events & Group Gatherings
Can Xera welcomes retreats, workshops and private group gatherings. Any retreat, workshop, event or commercial activity must be disclosed and approved prior to booking. Specific conditions may apply depending on the nature, size and requirements of the event.
4. Maximum Occupancy
The number of overnight guests must not exceed the occupancy agreed at the time of booking. Additional guests, retreat participants or event attendees must be discussed and approved in advance.
5. Services & Experiences
Additional services and experiences, including private chefs, wellness practitioners, transportation, activities and other third-party providers, are available upon request and subject to availability.
Unless expressly stated, these services are not included in the villa rental rate and may incur additional charges. Details, availability and pricing for any requested service will be provided separately prior to confirmation.
6. Liability
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. Can Xera shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury or accident occurring during a guest's stay, except where required by applicable law.
Use of the property's facilities, including the pool, jacuzzi, wellness areas and outdoor spaces, is at the guest's own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Can Xera website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics and design elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.
8. External Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites. Can Xera is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those external sites.
9. Changes to These Terms
Can Xera reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
